Our Story

Quantum Computing’s suite of solutions under the brand name Quantum 360 came about based on the developers experience of managing on-ground issues for manufacturers across the globe. The team’s key objective was to boost production capacity.

They have worked with a variety of manufacturing verticals and encountered similar difficulties such as cost, maintenance blind spots, production delays, and protecting assets on the ground from cybersecurity threats.

The development team started their trip with a long list of issues to address, having previously dealt with each one individually. The aim was to combine these events and understanding in order to arrive at solutions that may be implemented without much modification into the present infrastructure and systems in most manufacturing plants.

The framework for the answers was formed in Europe, where their imagination took root. The original GENiE gathers data and converts it to actionable analytics, SAM digitally manages asset upkeep in any plant, SMITH automates production planning, and SCOTS manages the cybersecurity needs in a manufacturing environment.

The effort has also placed a premium on promoting their technologies and advantages through collaborative efforts with Hannover-Messe, business groups, and government agencies to ensure that hardware automation is adequately supported by solutions that can aid manufacturers in making well-informed decisions.

The team behind ‘Quantum Computing’ received recognition through the Industry 4.0 Platinum Award 2019 for its Smart Factory Solutions that contributed positively via boosting production capacity for its customers.

Their aim moving forward is to empower manufacturers to digitize their production processes and produce machine data using smart algorithms to make better decisions, self-optimize manufacturing within the plant, have a 360 view of the entire process, trace products automatically, and produce first time right goods.
